Royal Aeronautical Society blog reports on a recent research by G. Gibertini and A. Zanotti from Department of Aerospace Science and Technology (DAER) of Politecnico di Milano.
The experimental research activity looked at the issue of helicopter noise in urban flight, a topical issue, as the future introduction of eVTOL urban transport systems will increase the number of rotary wing platforms flying over residential areas.
