The workshop gathered experts from science, mathematics and engineering from research institutions, academia, industries and agencies; more than 70 participants discussed recent advances and future needs in proximity guidance navigation and control, new sensors for distributed space assets, novel concepts for flexible ground segments, the role of smallsats in the constellations arena, future paradigms for space system engineering strengthening connections and establishing new collaborations in a friendly and fruitful environment.

The workshop is promoted by the International Astronautical Federation and its Astrodynamics Committee.
