FRANCESCA SCALA HAS BEEN AWARDED THE LPS22 STUDENT GRANT

Our Ph.D. candidate Francesca Scala has been awarded one of the European Commission LPS22 Student Grant to cover the participation to the 2022 ESA Living Planet Symposium (LPS22), held in Bonn (Germany) this May.
The scholarship is intended for young students and researchers with an oral or poster presentation on one or more relevant topics of the LPS22.
The grant is managed by ESA on behalf of the European Commission as a part of the EU-ESA Copernicus Programme cooperation.

Francesca Scala is a PhD. Candidate at the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology (DAER) at Politecnico di Milano. Her research activities focus on the design of formation flying strategies for remote sensing applications, guidance navigation and control, relative motion, and trajectory optimisation.
