The conference was organised jointly by the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology of Politecnico di Milano and by the SU2 Foundation.

In just a few years, SU2 has grown from a small, open-source tool for aerodynamics, to a large community of users and developers driven by a strong passion for any application related to aerospace and fluid dynamics in general. As an open-source project, SU2 gathers a vibrant community, involving everyone in the spirit of open collaboration.

For seven consecutive years, the community has gathered some of the most active development teams from around the world for the annual developers meeting.
