DAER PHD CANDIDATE AWARDED WITH ZONTA INTERNATIONAL AMELIA EARHART FELLOWSHIP

Margherita Piccinin, PhD Candidate in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Aerospace Sciences and Technologies Dept, has been awarded with the Amelia Earhart Fellowship.
The Zonta International Amelia Earhart Fellowships were established in 1938 in honour of the first female aviator Amelia Earhart and are awarded annually to women pursuing a Ph.D./doctoral degree conducting research applied to either Aerospace Engineering or Space Sciences.
Margherita has been awarded with one of the 2020 Fellowships, as acknowledgement and sustain for carrying on her research on Autonomous Celestial Small Bodies Exploration.
